4. Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling
You can book consultations through our Book Online page or by contacting us directly. You may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours may be charged in full or incur a fee. If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not notify us in advance, we may treat it as a completed session and charge in full.
5. Fees, Invoices & Payments
Fees for services will be communicated in a proposal, quote, or at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at the time of booking or upon receipt of invoice. We may use third-party payment processors. Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or late fees as permitted by law. All fees are in USD unless stated otherwise.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except with your consent, as required to deliver the services, or as required by law. You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about our methods, tools, and materials.
7. Intellectual Property
