Refund Policy
At Flawless Legacy Holdings Inc, we are committed to providing exceptional consulting services that deliver measurable strategy and clear results. Due to the high-level expertise, dedicated resources, and customized nature of our advisory services, we have established the following refund policy to ensure transparency in our professional engagements.
Consultation Services
Fees for initial consultations and strategic diagnostics are non-refundable. These sessions involve immediate professional analysis and the allocation of senior advisory time. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Project Engagements
For long-term contracts and operational overhauls, refunds are handled on a milestone basis. Work that has been completed and delivered according to the agreed-upon project roadmap is non-refundable. If an engagement is terminated prior to the completion of a milestone, the client is responsible for payment of all hours worked and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
Retainer Agreements
Retainer fees are billed in advance for the availability of our consultants. Unused retainer hours do not roll over to subsequent months unless explicitly stated in your individual service agreement and are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions and Disputes
We value our legacy of excellence and client satisfaction. If you feel that our services did not meet the specific deliverables outlined in your Statement of Work, please contact our billing department at info@flawlesslegacy.com within 14 days of the service delivery. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and professional resolution.
